How does Holiday Phone Cover work?
Our service provides two main options to handle your calls. For a messaging service, our Kendlebell Call Centre Agent answers your calls using your company name, takes the caller’s details and a brief message, and emails these to you daily.
You can then decide whether to check them while you’re away or deal with them when you return.
For a booking service, we can manage your appointments directly. By gaining access to your online diary, we will handle new bookings, cancellations, and changes, ensuring your calendar is completely up-to-date.
When we make a new booking, we’ll take the client’s full name, phone number, and email address for you to follow up on later.
If an urgent call comes in, we’ll immediately pass the message to you based on your instructions.
You can come back from your holiday to a diary full of new appointments and a concise list of messages.
