What services do we provide in Kendlebell Kimmage?
We provide a range of flexible inbound call answering services, including message taking, diary management, customer service and help desks and outbound call services such as surveys. Our virtual office service includes provision of business addresses and geographic (01 etc) telephone numbers and non-geographic numbers such as 1800, 1850, 1890 and 0818 numbers.

Live Telephone Answering
Calls are answered by our PA’s in the name of your company in accordance with your instructions. Messages can be relayed to you and your staff by text or email to your phone or we can forward calls to your desk or mobile if you prefer.
What is the difference between Telephone Answering and Virtual Reception?
With our virtual reception service, we forward the call to you to decide whether to take the call or not just as a receptionist working in your office would do.
How does Telephone Answering / Virtual reception work in practice?
Our PA’s answer the call as usual but put the caller on hold while they call you and you can then choose to take the call or ask us to take a message and inform the caller you are unavailable and that you will call them back. In your absence we can put the caller through to your voicemail or go back to the caller and take a message.
How do our PAs answer your calls?
Our PAs answer your calls in your business name and deal with the caller in accordance with your instructions. They will take the caller name, company name and contact details and a brief message and any other information you agree with us that is important to you.
How do our PAs deal with callers questions?
Our PAs get familiar with your business through access to your website and the information we retain on your business on our state-of-the-art systems. These also allow them to get to know your regular callers so that at all times they are part of your team and not asking repetitive questions and are able to deal with the variety of questions they are asked.
Holidays, Sickness, Lunches, Breaks Maternity Leave: Can Kendlebell help me here?
Most definitely. Once you are set up on our systems you choose when to us our services – full-time, part-time or on a temporary or occasional basis. You don’t even need to call us – just divert your phones when the need arises.
Even if you already have a receptionist, there may be times (holidays \ sickness etc.) when they are unavailable or they may have to leave the office at short notice and its simple to transfer the reception to us and your callers won’t notice the difference.
