Kendlebell Kimmage has been operated by Gerry Delaney and Gobnait Collins since 2007. Since then, the business has developed and now provides a range of outsourced customer service solutions to in excess of 150 customers in Ireland and overseas, many of whom have been with us since our establishment.

Gerry Delaney FCA

Managing Director

Gerry is Managing Director of Kendlebell Kimmage and is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland. He was previously employed in the Jefferson Smurfit Group as Finance Director and previous to that Ernst & Young (now EY).

With more than 40 years experience in business, the skills he brings to Kendlebell Kimmage enable him to quickly assess customers’ requirements and devise straightforward and cost-effective solutions that fully meet your expectations with regard to service quality and budget.

He is a director of I Love Terenure 2030 Company Limited by Guarantee, Delaney Financial Consultancy and an active member of Dublin Chamber of Commerce and The Institute of Directors in Ireland.

Gobnait Collins

Operations Director

Gobnait Collins is Operations Director and co-founder of Kendlebell Kimmage and is responsible for managing client services.

Formerly employed in senior positions in Philips, Dunnes Stores and La Rousse Foods, Gobnait leads and manages our team of Personal Assistants with a focus on delivering a high quality and personalised service at all times to our customers.

Kendlebell’s services are invaluable to Swim Ireland. We have a very busy office and before we engaged Kendlebell, callers often struggled to get through to us and staff spent a lot of time answering general queries on the phone.  Having a virtual receptionist frees our office staff from constant interruptions to answer queries but what is most important to us  is that callers never get an engaged tone when they call our main number and always get to speak to someone who is polite and helpful.
