 | Handling incoming calls & transferring if appropriate. |

 | Inputting and transmitting messages. |
|
 | Checking accuracy of messages (spelling/transcription). |
|
 | Taking sales orders from relevant customers.
|
|
 | Taking credit card details where appropriate. |
|
 | Check client websites regularly. |
|
 | Online diary management. |
|
 | Typing – Copy, audio typing. (Typing speeds of no less than 60 WPM) |
|
 | Other administrative work which may arise from customer/Kendlebell requests. |
|

 | Professional and personable in handling all dealings with clients. |

 | Flexibility in adapting to customer requirements. |
